It is an excellent and sturdy mat and it cushions which is important to me. I am 80 and doing floor exercise was very painful before I bought this mat.

Not only do I use this for workouts, I use it at a mat to sit on the floor and groom my dogs. I just lay them on their backs to clean their paws and trim their paw hair and nails. Way better than sitting on the ground or having an awkward angle using a grooming table.

I bought this for a birthday gift for my 10 year old and it is the perfect size, made well and easy to move. She takes it outside and also uses it inside. This was the best value I found. You will not be disappointed!

I rated it a four star out of five stars because I haven’t had this long enough to be able to give it a quality review in terms of longevity and also, it does have a strong odor to it.However I really like the quality of this mat. It’s heavier and the foam isn’t flimsy. There’s two straps so you can easily pick it up and move it to where you would like it to go. My one and two-year-old love tumbling on it and I’ve used it to do floor workouts because my back hurts using a regular yoga mat. The customer service is phenomenal.

I usually don't write reviews because I just don't have time for it. But I just had to write a review on this product. I just received this mat last week for my girls 9,5,2 years olds to play and do some gymnastic practices. Since we received the mat they have been on this mat every day and playing on it for hours. I liked it so much that I purchased another one. Then the second one came in almost in no time. We are very pleased with this product!!

These mats keep my three girls busy. My 12 year olds practice their cheer routine and tumbling routines on them. I spot my girls and have no problems with my knees because the thickness is on point. They’re lightweight and have handles, so my girls are able to transport them to the basement when finished practice! For us, it was a great buy.

Very good quality. Thicker than other mats and lots of cushion for falls. Great for practicing flips. This is a 10 foot mat that folds up for storage. Velcro along edges so you can connect with another mat for an even larger space o practice on.
