The bike overall looks nice, convenient to put in the back of your car trunk or even inside your car.The load rated is not as advertised due to quality of the rim material. But still perfect for one person. I wasn’t satisfy with my delivery. The derailleur was damaged, and received two left pedals (missing the right pedal).But the Customer Service was fantastic. They asked me to take it to a bike shop and has it fixed. They reimbursed the bill right away.I give it a four stars all because of Great Customer Service.

I love my bike. It arrived a day earlier. Was easy for my husband to assemble. Great quality rides great. I took it to the beach and was cruising. My but did hurt a bit but I'm sure I can just purchase a different seat if not I'll make it work. The value is great and over all appearance is giving Barbie vibes ✨️

The listing here says the max load is 150 kg but the manual says 100 kg or 220 pounds for rider and luggage combined. Not sure which to believe, it’s a cute bike and I hope it doesn’t collapse on me lol.
