Very flimsy. It would be good for it's portability, except it kept coming apart as I tried to use it. In fact 4 friends tried also and experienced the same thing. My nephew was able to use it just fine. It would be good for a smaller person that has to sit for either a lot of studying or working while sitting.

I'm not impressed with this, honestly. It feels cheap and the instructions were just a step above useless. You need to figure most of it out yourself. I don't think using this would qualify as any sort of physical therapy or exercise, but it is a nice fidget tool, which might be good for some. It was worth a shot.
