I ordered the medium sized playpen and it was the perfect size for my two kittens. I could take them, their litter, and food anywhere and let them nap all day. Now that they are older I have a bigger playpen, but I still use this when I need to keep them out of the way for a little while, like bringing in groceries, etc.It pops up and collapses so easily. The mesh has been cat-proof so far. The material is light weight and portable, but that also means now that my cats are bigger they can tip it over on its side if they get rowdy.

I bought 2 of these, one for my small cat and the other for 2 kittens 8 weeks old and I've returned both of them. These kept collapsing in on them and scared them badly towards any enclosure. The top and bottom are just a very thin piece of silky material and the bottom edges connecting to the sides do not lay flat on the bottom, one of my cats stepped here and the material frayed away from the seam making a hole in the bottom side (see pictures) and these are just kittens. The sides would collapse spilling any food or water.

Its the perfect size for my cat. He jumped right in when I opened it. All I had to do was take it out of the bag and it opened up. The only thing is it is ripping under the bottom and on the sides and I haven't even had it a week !!! My cat doesn't sleep in it, he gets in maybe a couple minutes and then gets out. So it's not handled in a rough way. I'm disappointed in the sturdiness of this product.

It's ok but my puppy kept jumpi. ng on the mesh side.and kept getting her nail stuck and kept moving around too much. I ended up buys a wire crate with worked much better for me
