I have a small walking pad, and got this mat to protect the floor underneath it. The size is perfect under the walking pad, with just a little extra on all sides. The mat is thick enough the walking pad sinks in slightly, keeping it from shifting or sliding around. When I move the walking pad out of the way, this mat is easy enough to fold up and put away, making it convenient to use.

This treadmill mat is a total lifesaver! I recently moved to a second-floor apartment, and I was worried about disturbing my neighbors with my workouts. This mat has completely solved that problem. It’s thick, waterproof, non-slip, and effectively reduces vibrations. Now I can walk or run without any noise issues. Highly recommend it for anyone in a similar situation!

It can get nasty cold here in the winter, and sticky hot in the summer. Under either condition, the notion of going for a walk rarely crosses my mind. Hence, I ordered an under-desk treadmill to use in the interim. The only space available for it was on our top floor in one of the extra bedrooms. Even the room is over the garage, there is still the risk of vibrations spreading through our wood floors. It's not terrible, mind you but, even so, I contemplated getting extra carpeting or some kind of pad to use as a buffer. Amazon must have been reading my mind, because up popped this pad. I measured the treadmill and this pad was perfect - slightly wider and longer as if made for it. No excess matting sticking out that might trip someone.It provides an effective buffer as desired and helps absorb the impact of my weight. In addition, the extra cushioning seems to help take a little of the pressure off of my arthritic knees. That's a win-win. Five stars.

This foldable mat is exactly what I needed for my treadmill. It’s sturdy, non-slip, and stays in place during workouts. I love that it’s waterproof and easy to clean. Plus, the foldable design makes it convenient to store when not in use. Highly recommend it for anyone setting up a home gym!

this treadmill mat works great, i have a treadmill upstairs and now it makes no more noise downstairs. It also keeps my wood floors from scratching or getting damaged. this also works great for catching sweat instead of it dripping on the floor.

This worked out really well. It helped with what I call a dragging feeling of the treadmill’s belt. We’ve got low carpet but doesn’t mean it doesn’t drag on it since our treadmill is a low to the ground kind. Also they heat up after a while of use and need oil too so it’s just safer to have this mat underneath. It’s comfortable to step on as well. It’s kinda like a nice grounding pad for when you’re done so you don’t slip either because you know how worden or tile floors can be when you’ve been working out. Usually that’s why you should wear shoes but sometimes we can’t. So this is helpful. I mean so helpful you would kinda question yourself why you didn’t have it before?

Aside from it being thinner this has worked out pretty well. I use it for my indoor cycling and it very much reduces the vibrations from the very loud Non-Training tire on my bike. But, it sits flat and looks nice on my floor. Pretty happy with it.

I like that it's portable, but it doesn't lay flat very well, and it's much more narrow than the pictures. Works okay for my walking pad, but barely fits. I dont think it'd make a good yoga mat. The texture is weird and since it won't lay flat, I would just stick to a roll-up mat that is more comfortable and doesn't have points that jab up.Overall, this isn't a great value.
