LIKES: Size and volume is as advertised, fairly comfortable straps for carrying it (if needed for food deliver up stairs etc.), good insulation when closed, lots of room. DISLIKES: the only reason I reduced one star is I feel like the ad makes you think you can put pizza in this AND carry it. That is not the fact. It can carry large pizzas but it needs to be on its side to do that so you can't carry it using the straps then you need to carry it from below. HOW USING: I have used it to transport large volumes of food for volunteer workers. RECOMMENDATION: Yes. Despite the one negative, it is a great food transport pack. I will be using this for a great many different projects and picnics.

This delivery bag won't be able to deliver any pizzas as it mentions, but it sure can do everything else. It's very spacious with a divider that allows you to put multiple levels of food inside. The cup holders on the outside are very nice, although they don't do a ton to stop anything from spilling. I like the styling around the outside of the bag and all the materials used feel pretty high quality. It's not too uncomfortable or too big to wear comfortably.

This food backpack has exceeded my expectations with its large storage capacity and durable design. It holds everything I need without feeling bulky. I don't often deliver on a bike. but its nice to know that if I did, this has some great reflective material to help keep me visible to cars. Since starting Door Dashing though, having delivery bags that not only keep food warm, but also secure and organized in the bag is critical to staying efficient and delivering fast while making sure the food arrives intact and warm. This bag helps a lot with that. It is a good investment for delivery drivers regardless of whether they are on a bike or in a car.

I have another insulated food carrying bag that is designed like a backpack. Because I had a positive experience there, I thought I would order this larger, compartmentalized bag and compare it.First thing, this bag is big! This will hold lots of food. It comes with 3 separators. They aren't required to be used.However, the one thing I noticed is that 3 out of the 4 vertical sides are NOT insulated. On the backside where the straps are feel somewhat insulated.All the other vertical sides simply have 2 layers for fabric. It LOOKS like the bag is insulated but it is not when I physically felt and squeezed the thickness of the lining on all 4 vertical sides. It is simply double-layered material, no actual insulation material in between. I know because I compared it to my previous food bag which is cushiony on all sides including the bottom.So, this works as a food bag but claiming it is "insulated" is false advertising as far as I am concerned. The aluminum colored fabric on the interior creates the illusion of being insulated. Having said that, there are compartments and other add-ons which create additional thickness can create some level of insulating effects.I will still use this bag for occasions when I want to carry a lot of food but I have no illusions that there is insulation to preserve the temperature of the food within.

will only fit 3 large pizzas, sags no matter how you adjust so pizza will slide to one side, skip this buy
