We like them because they have 7 settings. We use them to keep our plates warm when is cool in the house. So far are doing very good.

I'm getting a terrible odor when it heats up, and not sure if this is a faulty product. Description says uses materials that are odor free, but I've used it twice and the odor is very pronounced. I don't see lots of complaints about this in the reviews, so not sure if it will go away or if the one I got has an issue. It also takes a long time (30 min +) to warm up a bowl of oatmeal in a glass bowl that had sat out for a few hours after being in the refrigerator. So it wasn't super cold to start with. I didn't expect it to take so long on the 212 degree (highest) setting. I'm not sure this is working correctly.

This worked absolutely great. I used it for an event and it heated up quickly, stayed hot and I got a lot of compliments on it. I like the fact that it is easy to clean and can be rolled up for easy storage.

This heating mat was so easy. I pulled it out of the box, plugged it in and it heated right up in just a couple of minutes. A great value for the price. Will definitely buy another if I end up needing one.
