My wife purchased this thinking it would be great for random events. We received it but didn’t have anything going that we needed it for. It has been several months and we took it out of the box to use it for the first time on a Sunday morning.It doesn’t work. The instructions weren’t worth the paper they were printed on. The unit has a timer function that the instructions didn’t even show.I went online to YouTube and found several videos of people using their devices. Our just didn’t work right.If you purchase this, verify that your works before the return window closes.

Always on the lookout for a great way to keep appetizers/food warm without using the old sterno warmers. This is so slick. Easy to use, easy to clean and works wonderfully. Couldn't be happier.

I thought I would just use this for keeping sides warm at dinner parties, but I use it for more than that. I thaw meat on it, I use it to gently keep dishes warm when I am multitasking a few dishes and one finishes early. I warm the dinner plates on it for serving. I like the multiple temp settings, the size, and it is so easy to wipe clean, roll up and store. I like mine so much I bought each of my sisters one for Christmas.

I ordered this on 11/22 late in the evening. Said I wouldn't get it until Dec 4-12. I received 11/25. Right in time for Thanksgiving. I tried it out to see how quickly it would warm up and it was within minutes to it's highest setting. 212 degrees, almost burned my hand when I went to check as I didn't think it would warm up that fast to that degree. It is also hot underneath, so I will be using something underneath just in case.Looking forward to trying it out on Thanksgiving.
