Throwing or kicking, this net catches the ball for you giving you an efficient and profitable practice session. The net works for other ball games such as soccer. Built of quality materials, this cage net is heavy enough for institutional use. Easily assembled without tools, it uses a unique button locking system. Use this heavy built net for hours of practice.

Very happy with this item. It was so easy to assemble. I had the box outside and it was getting dark. My grown son was visiting, came over, asked what it was and immediately started to assemble it without looking at the instructions. I think there was one thing he got backwards but he figured it out with a just a glance at a picture. So assembly is very easy. We've tested it out with footballs, soccer balls, kick balls, baseballs, tennis balls. Golf balls go through it but I intend to hang some deer netting on it so I can chip into it. It has survived a big dog trying to run through it. I guess he couldn't see the net and hit it, pulling it down on top of himself. But he was fine and even managed to figure his way out without help. He did pull up the stakes. We are on sandy soil so they didn't do much anyway. We haven't needed any bracing except for the dog incident. If you are hitting it harder than we are you could put some sandbags on it no problem.I think it is pretty strong but don't try to do pull ups on it. I work at a park and we see that happen all the time where a new goal is set up by a coach who walks off and then the first boy who comes up to it thinks he'll do some pull ups and bends the top bar down destroying it.I think everyone in the family could find a use for this net.
