These pants run extremely small. They had a nice design to them. I ordered a 3X with the hopes of a fitting my husband, and it fits my eight year old child. These would’ve been really nice pants as they are well made. These were also decent price.

The waist size is accurate. The pants itself is on the tighter side. Also as shown in the pictures, the pants are a little bit short. I am not a tall person and my legs are not particularly long, but the pants stop above my ankle bone. I guess it is good if I wear it for biking. The material is breathable and I don't feel too hot when wearing it to exercise. I got the Houston pattern and I think the black with red stripe looks stylish. You may want to get a size bigger if you don't like your pants to be tight. The waist has drawstrings, so it should not be a problem.
