These shoes are so cute, however they do run small! I got a 10.5 for my son who wears 9.5 expecting him to grow into them, but they “just fit.” I’ve contacted the seller to see if they will exchange for 11.5, as I really like the look of them! Order at least one, if not two sizes more if you expect them to have room to grow a little bit!

These shoes are precious. They are just what I was looking for so my little boy could have a nice pair of shoes for church in the fall and winter months. Unfortunately, because of his high instep, these shoes were not deep enough to accommodate the extra room he needs so that his feet don’t feel squeezed. I did buy a full size larger than his current size, which resulted in plenty of room in the toe box and extra length for room to grow. We’ve run into this problem since he began wearing shoes, so I’m very familiar with his specific needs. I do wish more shoe companies offered deeper shoes so that children with a high instep (which apparently is very common but often undiscovered) can comfortably wear classic styles instead of opting for velcro or slip-on styles. I really wanted to keep these shoes but we will need to return them. Customer Service through the Badorf website was really helpful, patiently listening to my concerns and offering suggestions.
