It's implied, but not specifically stated, that these wheels are new. They are NOT! They appear to be refinished junkyard wheels. All have noticeable flaws, ranging from very small nicks to dents - dents so severe they make the wheel unusable. These are not "road ready"; they are "junkyard ready"!
