My daughter is an avid screen destroyer. She is really good at it. To the point I wish it was an Olympic sport. She destroyed one and before I let her simmer in it she borrowed her mother's phone and took that one out too. I took them both to our regular repair shop and couldn't leverage a two for deal. I also asked the lady if they had a frequent flyer program or punchcard to earn a free repair. Her eyes got wide when she saw the phone's painful history. Then recently I started seeing my daughter more often so I knew something was up! I've seen this before. Walking around in front of us, saying words, ignoring my go to form of contact with the child. I had to do something to rebuild our bridge of communication. What kind of father would allow a broken phone get between a healthy father/ daughter relationship? Not to mention all the unnecessary trips up the stairs to tell her dinner is ready when a plate emoji is much easier on my painful knees. I found this product in an attempt to slow the spiral of financial ruin this child is committed to drag me through. I noticed that I could get 3 screens for less than half of our usual hangout. I told her about the order and expected delivery time. As I got an alert on my non-shattered phone (she doesn't touch mine, I'm a strict father) she comes running up to me with the package. She was very encouraging! She encouraged me to start immediately, she checked on me every couple minutes to see how it was going, asked me if the shop price sounded better when she saw my frustration with the invisible screws. She stuck with me through the whole process, definitely a bonding moment. Before I closed it back up I said," Try it, turn it on." It didn't work and I felt deflated. I tried seating the connections again, tried rebooting. I could feel the phone vibrating, I knew it worked but sensed it was crying for help. Just then I saw an apple appear and we both rejoiced! I asked her to do some of the things she does on it between shatters and it all worked so I closed it back up! I was able to do it with only a couple of the microscopic screws left out. I figure that will save me time when I install the other two screens next month. This product brought my daughter and I closer for a day, taught her to encourage others, brought a clumsy child joy, and gave me a sense of accomplishment that even I can repair a phone with a few loose screws. I will definitely purchase again! It will probably be in a month or so after I use the other two I purchased.

My screen on my iPhone 11 has been broken for months. The kiosk at the mall wanted almost $200 to replace, and AT&T quoted my $500 less on my trade in with a broken screen. I had no idea I could do it myself for so cheap! The product came as advertised. I followed to video shown, and it totally worked! One thing I want to emphasize, when they say you need to heat it up for 5 minutes, they really mean it! Was very difficult to get the old screen off until I decided to actually follow the directions! Also, if your screen is cracked really bad, the suction cup might not work properly. Cover the screen in clear packing tape then it works as advertised!
