Get this intake over the taller ones, the taller intakes vibrate like crazy but this one’s pretty quiet. Also fit under the hood of an e46 non-m hood. I’d also recommend throwing a little adhesive. (Not red loctite) on the hardware into the head since I’ve had some walk out a little not sure why but I threw so liquid teflon tape on the boats and they haven’t moved since. This manifold looks very good. But the fuel rails have tuned brown over time and it’s very noticeable since the intake hasn’t changed at all. I guess it’s just that the rails are anodized and the intake is painted. Either way nothing leaks and i get lots of compliments. And performance wise I can’t say much it moved the power higher up when I was n/a but now that I’m boosted I don’t notice.

Manifold looks good in the ad but arrived with no damage to the packaging. Once opened the fuel rails were scratched. Manifold gaskets that came with it don't fit either both are easy to fix but the welds leak and the throttlebody opening dosent match their 102mm throttlebody. Messaged the seller only to go back and forth that it's not their problem. I highly don't recommend. Zero stars for sure

Looks good but worthless, I have not been able to get a single injector installed without it cutting the o-ring due to the sharp edge where it inserts into the intake manifold I have went through 3 sets of o-rings trying to figure out a way to get these installed and I have not yet figured out a way

Good quality piece, fits perfectly. The sheet metal looks thick enough, the flanges are very solid, welds look good, the injectors holes are perfect and the fuel rails are super nice. The intake runners end as trumpets inside the plenum, kinda like an itb setup.An issue worth noting is where the intake runners meet the flanges there were a nasty overhang. A little 10min porting job solved the issue. It also doesn't have a way to mount a throttle cable, you'll need to fab one or get the adapter that goes behind the throttle body.

I figured this would be super easy to put together, but I was wrong. I had to modify the brackets that hold down the fuel rail because they're to long, and once they're cut to the proper length a normal allen wrench is to long to tighten the bolts. Easy stuff for me to handle, but more work than I should of had to do. Also the intake is much longer than stock, so the throttle body is in front of the water pump. The bolts it comes with to bolt it to the heads don't seem like very good quality, so you may want to replace them with something else.The finish is good and the welds look good though, and it's not warped as far as I can tell. I will update this review after it's been on the engine for a while

I'm installing a 5.3 LM7 from a 2003 Silverado into a 1964 Chevy Bel Air and decided to switch to drive by cable for the old school look. Overall this intake has been good. I shortened the attachment brackets for the fuel rails so my oem truck fuel injectors would work. I did run into the other issue another reviewer mentioned that the truck water pump interferes with the throttle body, so I put a 2002 Camaro water pump on with 3/4" billet spacers to fix that. This does sit high and will probably interfere with my hood, but that's life and building cars, you have to expect modifications.

The intake looks nice but does not work with the Drive by cable and the truck water pump the throttle body hits the upper radiator hose outlet. May work with the 2012 Camaro water pump as the outlet is in a different location and has the same belt spacing as the truck water pump

The intake itself seems decent. The brackets to hold down the injector rails were way too long and required modifications, I also didn’t receive the proper intake gaskets as they were about half the required size.
