Work exactly like the originals. It's amazing how worn down my originals had become after around 5,000 miles. Because it happened so gradually I dind't really notice until they were so worn out that they began falling apart. These were a quick replacement with only a philips head screwdriver and now I'm back in business.

I’ve read multiple reviews on these aftermarket cleats with many complaining that they did not work. I assumed that the buyer order the wrong cleat for the pedal they were using and I took a chance. I figured that I would be fine because I have both Xs and Zeros, so surely if the cleats did work with one they would work on the other. WRONG, they wouldn’t engage with either. The screw holes don’t line up with the shoe adapter and it takes some modification to get them in only to find out that the cleats won’t engage with the pedals. Too bad, I was cautiously optimistic, the cleats looked well made enough but they do nothing for me if they won’t lock to the pedal.

Update: Just bought, installed & tested 2nd pair on an older set of Shimano Road RX5 shoes (blue) & different set of Speedplay Zero pedals and again they work great!Origina: These work just as good as the originals they replaced for a set of Speedplay Zero pedals on a new pair of S Works Sprinter Road shoes. They took a bit to break in, but once they did, they continue to work flawlessly. Now into the second riding season with them. And at half the price as the originals, it’s a great deal.

These cleats would as well as the original ones did. My cleat covers fit on them and I can clip on and off the pedals with no problems. I will buy them again.
