My cat took to these bowls immediately. Love the height of them and I’ve noticed she hasn’t thrown up as much since using them. I highly recommend! Love the colour as well!

This is my second time purchasing this rest of elevated bowls; I have them in pink. The first set I bought has lasted over a year without any cracking or chipping, and they're incredibly easy to clean. I love that the bowls are wide, which helps prevent whisker fatigue, and my cat has never experienced any cat acne from using them. The elevation is perfect, allowing my cat to sit upright while eating, which I believe is so important. I always recommend elevated bowls to other cat owners—cats shouldn’t have to lean down to the floor to eat. These bowls are high quality and super durable, and I’m glad I purchased a second set as backups. Please get your cats ceramic elevated bowls! I cannot reccomend them enough.

My cat and I love these bowls. She is 16 years old, and enjoys not having to crouch down to eat. One little disappointment, the plastic ring falls off each time I wash the food bowl.

The bowls seem to be of good quality and are kind of cute. Easy to clean glazed ceramic. I like the curved bowl shape for both dry and wet food. It keeps the food in the bowls and mostly off the floor. The 4” height seems perfect for my large cat and I think it makes eating more comfortable for him. I originally tried the larger bowl for water but you can only fill it up so high before your cat or small dog would slosh it around and spill it on the floor. I now use the larger bowl for dry food and the smaller for his wet food. I purchased a matching ceramic double bowl set up on a stand for his water here on Amazon. I’m really pleased with my purchase and recommend this product for its quality, looks and value.

Water bowl is a bit large and heavy when handwashing, so be careful not to drop it. Also, the silicone rings for the base of the bowls tend to come off easily on mine, but I found I didn't really need them so I just don't use them.

tl;dr - elevated food and water with the pedestal design, coupled with the weight of the ceramics, makes a great food and water dish. I love them! If you are interested in more of a review read on below. They were not purchased for the use of felines, though Duchess regularly uses the water dish, even though it is just inside a kennel that belongs to an animal that is definitely NOT a cat.I LOVE these! Not just the cute factor, but the practicality. That being said, I didn’t buy these for any of the cats, though The Duchess regularly uses the water bowl, anyhow.I have a house chicken. This situation is more of a mercy thing. She is one of my very first chickens, and has developed issues with mobility. One leg either has nerve issues. a joint injury that didn’t heal right, arthritis, or some combination of those, and standing up she can kind of stagger, and often her first few steps are backwards instead of forwards, so she can step erratically, and often throws out her wings to keep herself from falling. And guess what? From more than ten years experience, I can tell you that chickens regularly step on bowls, pans, etc., often dumping them over, scattering food, spilling water, etc. Many chickens that have been temporarily nursed have regularly made huge messes for me.Then I saw these darling little bowls. They were ceramic, and unless they were fine China, I knew they had some weight and innate stability when it comes to a chicken bumping inton then. They were cute bowls, pink, obviously for kitties, and a great capacity for one to two large breed chickens. I crossed my fingers, hoped that they would be what I thought the sales information said, and ordered them. They arrived, and they were PERFECT. What I love most about them is the elevated serving area keeps a pet from inadvertently stepping on the edge and spilling the whole mess (in my world serving the menagerie , the cats refuse to eat anything they spill, that is for dogs to deal with if their personal slave is too slow or lazy to do it themselves ). Cats occasionally do this, dogs as well, and with chickens it is just a given. And a pair of them! So carefully thought out to make the water bowl much larger than the food bowl, since cats drink a larger volume than they eat! These things have made dealing with my geriatric, opinionated hen and feeding her better than any experience I have had feeding chickens, inside or out!If you can’t tell by the length of this, I LOVE these bowls, and can’t say enough good things about them!

Originally, I had gotten the blue bowls for my 7 year old cat because she kept throwing up. Although it didn’t stop her from throwing up, she definitely throws up way less (once maybe every 3 weeks as opposed to nearly every day). Then, I got a kitten, and she just loved taking my cat’s food or drinking her water instead of using her own bowls. Finally, decided to just get her the pink set and she started drinking from her bowl and stopped stealing my cat’s food. Ultimately, they’re super cute, good quality, good price, easy to clean, and usable for kittens and cats.UPDATE: My cat has stopped throwing up all together. The different colors help me keep the food straight for each cat and making sure that the kitten doesn’t get jealous because her bowl is different. I’m getting another cat and will be getting the white color for her because I adore these bowls.

I started by looking for a new water bowl and discovered these raised bowls. It didn't occur to me why my cats liked to drink out of mugs kept on the bathroom counter and in the new house one on the bathroom floor - water level higher than their "real" water bowl. There was no hesitation in using the bowls from the start. I have 2 cats so this set is for water and dry food. For canned food I purchased 2 smaller raised bowls. These are attractive, seem to be well made to last, and clean easily. The smaller bowl had a small chip on the upper edge but I wasn't about to attempt a return and replacement. I would have given these 5 stars but for the pad, which is a good idea. It isn't permanently attached and when the bowls are picked up for filling or cleaning the pad comes off. In time I know I shall glue the pads on permanently. The bowls would probably be ok without the pad but it prevents slipping and some clatter when moved. Even with the pad issue I highly recommend these bowls and encourage other cat lovers to go to raised bowls.Update 2 weeks later: Changed to 5 stars as the pads are staying on after a few days. The pads are great for non slip and no noise when placing them on the floor or counter top/sink. These are very good products and (heavens no!) adopt another cat or 2 I'd purchase them again.
