These don’t run true to size. I think it’s because they’re Chinese-made, this is the third different one I’ve ordered from Amazon, and none of them fit (different makers). I couldn’t figure out why until I borrowed a properly sized one from NAPA. That one fit perfectly, unlike the poorly made Chinese socket.

I used this for the top fork bolts on my 2008 Road King Classic. Made the fork oil change easier. Seems to be great quality. Inexpensive and convenient piece to have in your arsenal. Highly recommend!

This socket is very well made. in terms of materials, this piece seems like it's made to last.Unfortunately, the depth of the socket made it unusable on an older 80s model Sportster. The inside of this socket is super low profile, but the nuts we needed this socket to fit over were about 2' deep, so we couldn't use it this time.Still going to keep it for future projects!

I checked this with my calipers and they are dead-on at 1-3/8". Nothing worse than a loose fits and this tool will work well for my forks. The 1/2 drive fits nicely on this, but I like that I can use a wrench on the outside if needed. This also has an o-ring on the inside to protect the finish on the fork nuts. This is a good quality tool.

I wasn't able to test its fit on the fork cap nut (my bike hides them under a chrome cover) but the socket fits very well on a 1/2" drive socket wrench. The chrome finish on the socket looks great and appears to be a high-quality, durable finish. When you need these specialty tools, there's nothing like having them in your toolbox. So, for now, mine is in standby mode but when I need it, I'm confident it will work.

Fits right on the top fork nut on my HD Sportys. It's a handy tool to have in your toolbox.

Solid tool for removing and tightening your fork cap nuts. 35 mm size fit perfectly. You can't get a good solid tool like this for the cost. It is a game changer for this particular repair.

This socket has fit perfectly and does not mar the surface. It has fit all the harleys I have tried it on, including a sportster, road king, and fat boy.
