I used this wheel for less than 45 minutes before it was done. Bits of steel brissels flying from this wheel. Better get a face shield as this wire wheel is dangerous from flying metal. Do waste your money like I did. One star, because it's the least I can submit

Great price on amazon! All others are more expensive. And they do a good job of clearing rust and debris before they do eventually wear down. Wear eye protection!

Not worth it buy better quality. I'm trying to do a pretty big project and these flew apart to easily and to fast I had wires stuck in me everywhere

This wire brush lasted about an hours worth of use on my angle grinder. Normally a wire brush will last many hours of use when I am doing tractor restoration work. The individual wires came loose from cup and shot out like little bullets. Be sure to wear heavy clothing and eye protection if you use this particular wire brush.I have used Forney Wire Cup Brushes in the past an never experienced should poor quality,

I use this on a 90 degree drill motor to clean up my grill grates. It's soft enough not to cause damage to the stainless grill grate and it zips off the grill crud fast.Be sure to wear gloves and glasses when using this wheel - metal pieces will come off the wheel. I make sure to vacuum up the grill when I'm done with a shop vac and I wipe the grates down with vegetable oil to make sure none of the wires from the wheel adhere to the grate.

Works great to grind away and clean up old paint from a self of ricms to my classic car. Please be careful when grinding because pieces of wire do fall off and they shoot out in many directions!!!! SAFETY GLASSES AND CLOTHING ARE HIGHLY IMPORTANT!!!!!!!!

Really soft material. It lasted me a couple of moths. Make sure you dont use it for heavy cleaning. good for the price and for small projects. NOT HEAVY DUTY!

This wire cup is very decent for the price. It's from Forney's lower priced value line of brushes with the red painted bodies made in China, but has been holding up well. The crimped wire on this cup is firm enough to remove paint and surface rust from crevices without gouging the metal surfaces below, like a coarse knotted wire cup can sometimes do. I have been using it continuously with my 5" Bosch angle grinder which runs at 11,000 RPM and although the cup is now slightly splayed, it is still in working condition and retaining the majority of the bristles, so I think it was well worth what I paid for it.
