The other hitting net we used to have broke into pieces because of wind. It was cheap and the pools were thing and flimsy. This one has a nice big sock to it. Highly recommend. This will last much longer! We love it!!

Solid construction but the net sock is misigned with the seams. When i slip the net over the frame squarely, the ball pocket is out of alignment

The tube frame was easy to figure out but I'm having issues with attaching the net. I'll increase to 4 stars when the company sends me instructions for attaching the net. It came with no instructions and I don't see any on their website.

I purchased this for my son for hitting baseballs off a t. I was very happy with this purchase, very sturdy easy to put together. Was always kept outside and did not show any signs of weathering. My son is grown up now and we passed it along to the kids down the street. I would recommend this product.

We purchased a less expensive thin tension rod set before (the more common type you see) and within 8 months of being outside one of the thin poles broke causing the whole system to be garbage. The pole replacements were not cheap and we knew it would probably happen again. This unit is so much sturdier and looks and functions so well! Love it! Great quality!

Received our new baseball net a few weeks ago. My husband and son worked to put it together.Pros:1. Very sturdy material – Feels like it will last. My son uses this to practice his hitting, so it will take a beating.2. Size – The 7X7 frame allows him to stand a nice distance from it without hitting outside of the net (and into our neighbors yard)3. Useful – With all the hitting he has done into it, the next has not toppled over or had a lot of movement. This really allows him to practice his hitting without someone being right there to hold the net in place or make sure it doesn’t fall.4. Design – The design works very well for all of his hitting practice and he also pitches. Meaning he does not have to change tools for pitching practicing.Cons:1. Set up – The only feedback that my husband had was with the setup instructions. He felt more details could have been given for the net portion. The written instructions did not adequately state how/when the net could be added properly to have the “pouch” in the proper position. He actually had to use the image of the completed product from the website to figure this out.We would recommend this product.I received this item for free or highly discounted for my honest feedback and opinion.
