Impressive range! I tripped this thing from nearly 4000' away. Your milage may vary, but I was in an open corn field, and the thing worked flawlessly!

Bench tested, future project. Works as it should. 9v (included) for the remote, so I expect extended life there before needing a new battery. Tested at 12v. Came programmed for latching, reprogrammed for momentary and both worked as they should, as well as the reprogramming process. Wire and test carefully, not totally intuitive, but somewhat reasonably translated manual seems accurate. Extendable antenna on remote should offer good range. Worked fine close-up fully collapsed. Simple, basic, well priced.

Upon unboxing I found no issues. The remote is decently made, not cheap looking, buttons are good. I havent yet had a chance to connect it though. If I experience any issues upon connecting to my kids’ tree house’s bridge motor, I will report these here.

The remote totally looks like something out of the eighties, but I can live with that. Great paired with a motor that actuates the overhead slats in the patio cover.
