I recently came across 300 pounds of pure lead. I use this to cast bullets. I mix 15 pounds pure lead to 5 pounds of foundry. Gives me a bhn of 15-16. Use mainly for 500s&w, 44 mag, and 357 mag bullets as it brings the cost down to 13 cents a bullet not a dollar like jacketed.

I ordered two and it was a little over ten pounds. Very good alloy. Will use to harden my softer lead.

This lead is very clean! Mixed with soft lead to make a usable alloy will go a long way.
