Cute mailbox cover HOWEVER the flag opening is on the wrong side! I would return it but just opened it to put it on the mailbox.

I love the image on the cover. I thought the whole thing would be magnetic but only magnet on the bottom edges. The cover is very wrinkled and does not fit right. I have a house number holder from an old mailbox so I used that to hold the cover in place on top (had to put holes in the top to bolt it on the mailbox) but cover is still very wrinkled

Update 8/15/24: It totally faded out after only a few months.Before I purchase this, I read all the reviews. I was a little bit leery, because it was made out of material instead of plastic that drapes over the mailbox with magnets attaching it. But I took a chance on it anyway!It's only been on the mailbox about 2 weeks. When it arrived it had some serious folding marks on it, so I stuck it to the front of the freezer for a month or so and let it straighten out. It fit the mailbox very well, I don't have any complaints about the sizing for the fit. It took a little bit to get it smoothed out just perfectly, but it was easy. And for reinforcement, I poked holes through the magnets and wire tied it. Sometimes people like to take things these days. That will deter them.As you can see from the photos it looked great on the mailbox. As for longevity I have no idea. Time will tell. Living in florida, the sun is very hot especially during the summer. And mailbox covers tend to fade out, some quicker than others. I'll try to remember to come back in in the future and report how it did longevity wise.
