My original core was leaking into the car. It was dirty and had quite a bit of build up on it. This new part fit just fine and so far is working well. Dodge Nitro had to remove the steering wheel, wiring and the dashboard to get to the heater box to replace the old with the new. I posted a new video on YT showing the tools needed and how to get the old one out.
