I bought this for my 1985 cutlass (G-body of course) and it was nowhere near a perfect fit. In my HVAC box it was wayy to tall. This unit does not meet the actual dimensions correctly and i had to grind down almost all the fins around the "tank" of the evaporator on both side to have it fit. The piping needed some mild bending but to be expected.

I swapped out everything for the R134A conversion. The car cools extremely well. OEM fitment. This product includes everything you need.
