I have a 2007 Dodge ram 2500 5.9 diesel Cummins. I got to tell you this fits perfect it's absolutely the perfect replacement to your original fits nice. Just make sure to save the tubes at the end they come off with two Allen screws and sometimes they're hard to find You have to scratch off where it leaked. And the leaks are usually from the heater core not this added to part. Though it looks like the tube is leaking it's not it's the heater core that's leaking but it's in a close area to the tubes.

Does not come with the pig tail pipes. And on my truck my pipes had corrosion that prevented me from reuse of the old ones.
