Product works great but shipping was not reliable. Promised in one day came four days later with all of my Amazon automatic orders. No one communicated to let me know why the product was not coming. If you need it immediately you might be in trouble. Got lucky it came one day before I needed it. But made me nervous

Item broke before I could even use it. The hook on the part that you’d used to life the bird broke. I don’t recommend buying this item.

Arrived in 2 pieces, even though it is supposed to fold-up. It broke into 3 pieces in the dish washer, and can't be put back together without vice grips to bend the wires. I regret buying it, it's a complete piece of trash.

This is the handiest thing we have found for lifting our roasted turkey from the turkey roasting pan. It is very easy to wash and we store it inside our roasting pan. It is definitely good value for the money!
