I thought it would be really hard to change the blades, but not bad. The blades are really sturdy.

Fit my Porter Cable 6” bench top jointer and blades were sharp and oiled for corrosion protection (wipe all that off before installing). Took 15 minutes to change and adjust blades. Work great and definitely MUCH better than my old dull, chipped blades. Shouldn’t have waited so long!

My husband purchased these as a back up for when he will have to change the blades. He was afraid that if he didn't have a set on hand he might not be able to get one quickly.

A good long time ago back in maybe 2009 I bought a Sunhill SM-150B, along with a few sets of spare knives. I am out of the OE knives and Sunhill as a company is long gone. The jointer was made by Geetech, who is also long gone, and knives directly labelled for these are impossible to find now.I ordered these on recommendation of a friend, and laid these back to back with my originals, all of the dimensions are spot on, and the holes are in the right places, there just seems to be an extra set of jack screw slots per knife which you need to be careful about which ones you use. Other than that though, it looks like I will be able to keep my old, cheap benchtop jointer that fits the bill in my cramped little garage workshop to a T. VERY happy...

I ordered these for my porter cable jointer (160 model) and did the first blade change. I watched a YouTube video that assisted with the procedure and all in all in was simple. The difference between these and the worn stock blades was night and day. Beautifully smooth cuts and sharp as can be. Highly affordable and recommended replacement for porter cable bench top jointer
