I bought these for my son on his eighth birthday to use for recreational hockey play in our neighborhood.We have not had a chance to use them yet but for the money I will say they fit and my son likes them but he hasn’t played hockey yet.

Great quality pair of youth hockey gloves. I can always count on Franklin to deliver a quality product. These gloves are light weight and comfortable. They fit my kids hands with some room to grow but he’s able to grip and keep them on just fine. He loves them so they’re worth the price for the quality you’re getting. Would recommend.

Loved these for our 6 year old starting out with hockey.Using mostly for drive way/street hockey on both shoes and inline skates.Good gloves are KEY to a fun time in hockey, because sticks ARE heavy and hands WILL get hit. Not only that, when using with skates, they add an extra layer of protection in falls.My kid's confidence was immediately boosted, and noticeably, after wearing these gloves.And at this price, I wont shed a tear when he grows out of them, unlike with some other major brands.(Though glove size is quite forgiving, and these fit my 6 and 8 year old boys both, comfortably)
