I've been using this for about a year now. I bought it specifically to clean out my cat's litter box and to mop the master bathroom where I keep the box. It works amazing! What I like best about it is how the "mango" sent fades fairly fast, so I'm not stuck with that clean locker room smell forever. Eventually the room just smells like nothing. Also, something to note, because of the way enzymes work, if you are using it to clean something particularly smelly, it might not immediately get rid of the stink right away, but 2-24 hours after you mop/clean you should notice a huge difference. For example, if my bathroom has gotten particularly cat-smelling due to me forgetting to empty the litter for a day or two, after changing the litter, washing the box with Bio Conqueror, moping with it, I will turn on fans and open windows (for ventilation) then go do something out of the house. Usually after 2-3 hours there is no cat smell left. The next day is even better. I've also used it on the carpet when my cat hacked up a hair ball/vomited. I have top line carpet, so that might have helped, but the Bio Conqueror took up all smell and kept it from staining. Be sure to read the instructions on the bottle (limited though they are) and do some research on how to correctly use an enzyme product (what helped me!) if you are having issues!

Great product and truly took out the dog/cat urine toxic smell my tenent left behind! Had to tear out carpet and spray on sub-floors but no smell within 24 hours.

This stuff is awesome! Along with having a 6yr old son, I also work from home as a dog sitter. This product takes care of any mess and/or odor. Not to mention the mango scent is nice and refreshing! I have already given samples to friends, neighbors and clients because they see how well it has worked for me. A little goes a long way too so it's well worth the price. So happy to have found such a great product!

If you have a pet, you need this for your carpet!! I put my pets in the other room. Spray the carpet, let it set for about 10 min and vacuum. it leaves a very nice mango scent. Not over powering at all

I have ordered this product from other web sites in the past and this is the best product I have every used for cleaning up accidents of two dogs. It removes pet smells as well as major accidents. When I mop our floors I add a cup to add a fresh scent to our house.That being said, I placed an order for this product August 19th and waited a month. The day that the order was suppose to ship, I was finally notified that sorry you are going to get to wait another month. Just order it from another web site if you want this product. Amazon apparently will not ship it to you. Paying more for shipping won't matter. I tried that. You will not get this product.
