One of the carbide blades broke off about 2.5 feet into my cut. My material was particle board really soft stuff not even hardwood.

Well-made router bit. I'm cutting 36" long dadoes in MDF using a DeWalt trim router. Taking about 1/8" of depth per pass, this bit makes clean, rapid cuts.

I'm new to using a wood router. Using the same material and router, this bit seems to be a much higher quality than the 3/4" Craftsman that cost me only $5 less.
