Do not buy this Frogg Togg headband if you are an adult. It is so small I don't see how it would fit anyone but a tween or very small adult. I did wear it when I was decorating for Halloween outside and when I finally squeezed it on my head(it almost squeezed my eye balls out of my head)and got it where I wanted it to be it did good catching all of the sweat BUT I only wore it on for 3 hours before the side tore completely apart. Very disappointed with this product. I don't recommend this product.

Its very stiff like cardboard when you first get it but don't let that fool you, soak it in water for ten minutes and the fabric becomes soft and fits well. I worked as part of a gardening crew this summer spending at least six hours in the heat and this kept me cool. Every hour to half hour i would have to wet it with a bit of water to cool it down again but perhaps if it wasn't 90 degree weather and labor intensive work it would have stayed cooler longer. It also kept the sweat out of my face and it maintained a good amount of water without dripping. I also have frequent headaches and all i have to do is wet one of these guys and put it on for a bit, it works just as well as an icepack without the hassle of having to hold or balance it on my head.

The head band is terrific. I don't need to tie it. Again I had the blue Ergodyne before and this pink head band works as well as the towel. Wonderful.

Wow. This headband was WAY wider than I expected. If you have a long head, this will work well, but my head is round, so it looked silly on me. I tried to double it so it was less wide, but then it stuck out of my head like a thick bandage. I tried it a few times while on vacation in a hot/humid location, but it really wasn't worth the effort to keep it in its sleeve (when not in use) and to double it so it wouldn't look so wide.

The headband is very nice. It stayed cool and kept most of the sweat out of my eyes as I did my yard work. Works much better than just a sweat band that I normally use. It was a bit tight fitting, but still was comfortable when I wore it. (I do have a larger head than most, as normal hats do not fit me)

These are the best headbands I have ever used.I work outside in South West Florida and I sweat like a pig (do pigs really sweat?) and this headband hold allot of sweat.As fr the "cooling affect", there is no cooling effect, but I won't leave for work witout one on hand

I have the wrist bands by the same company which are excellent but this head band is poorly designed. It was too tight on my head and is not adjustable so it was uncomfortable to wear. It is made with an elastic stretch band at the back which might be fine for a child's head but not an adult. The wristbands have adjustable Velcro - I don't know why they didn't make the headband with adjustable Velcro as that would have been ideal! Hopefully they will correct this for future versions. Otherwise this would have been a great product which is why I gave it 2 stars. The special fabric is great at retaining moisture and keeping you cool for hours.

Ice (suggested) in moist band will freeze your forehead to the point of PAIN... and freeze to the inside of the band. If you try to remove it, microfiber tears away from substrate material. Just wet it with cold water and use it! It is cool and refreshing on a hot day like that... just keep going back to the water bucket!

Great product, but the band snapped. The threading let go. It is too bad as it really worked incredibly.

I get overheated very easily from all the medications I am on plus I am obese. If I get too hot and overheated, I will get migraine easily. I bought this and wore while at the stable taking care of my horses. It really helped keep me cooled down. I look like an 80's Richard Simmons-wanna-be! But does work good. If you can put up with a headband look it is worth buying!! I am in my 40's and loved the 80's and am past the point of caring what other think of me at the stable. The horses didn't seem to care.
