Removed old front blower motor and compared to new one…looks exact except for color. Is a direct fit in my 2010 Sienna. Got it installed in about 15minutes. Motor is very quiet and had good volume of air movement through the vents. Time will tell, but so far very satisfied.

I had to return it. The original Lexus part has a wider plug-- so this replacement doesn't actually fit the 2006 Lexus RX400H. Hope that helps someone. In the picture I am pointing to the too narrow plug in this listing. the original lexus blower is on the left. (you can see the "made in japan" stamped on it.)

2016 OutbackThe old unit came out easily. This unit slipped into place easily. Total time required =~ 30 min.The clicking sound was quite evident, especially to my wife. This new unit resolved the sound.
