Went in like original. The nut included for ball joint is not castleated. No cotter pin hole either. Good valueUpdate: I ordered the control arm for the driver side. Still fit right and functioned property but was shipped WITHOUT the grease fitting for the ball joint and has been a "project" to order and find the right zerc fitting -- haven't been successful yet. Metric? What size? SAE? what size -- not 1/8. Really Annoying!

These control arms seemed to be a direct replacement (copy) of the original. But, after installation, the arms noticeably reduced the turning radius on my Sierra. MUCH harder to turn into parking spots after installing.
