One of the glasses broke when it was being filled. We only used the cups twice and the return window was already closed. Very poor quality. Do not recommend.

Great glasses but I sent to my brother but one glass was shattered. He didn’t take a picture because he didn’t know who it was from. I have two and I love them.

Great glasses. They keep cold for a while. We made the mistake of not following the instructions and put one in the dishwasher. Don't do it. They will be ruined.

This brand is the one on the left, the taller tumbler. It is not the same quality as the HOST tumbler. I just froze it today, and it already has a huge double crack. The HOST brand, which I have had since Christmas, is thicker, has a better premium build, and contains a slow-moving gel that stays frozen for 2 to 3 hours. The liquid inside the walls of this brand is basically water in consistency. I am disappointed that this is already damaged. I would not buy it again and would recommend the HOST brand. Plus, notice that the silicone band is much wider on the shorter HOST tumbler; it keeps your hands from getting cold.

I bought these as a Christmas gift for my husband and after all the festivities we got around to using them in the new year. We placed them in the freezer and on taking them out they were both cracked down the side. I contacted the seller but as I had ordered them in advance of Christmas they wouldn't even acknowledge that there was an issue, just that I was outside of the returns window. Save yourself the money and buy elsewhere!

Original: Can’t find it, but there must be a hairline crack on the interior.After one dark beer (the very first use) the liquid/gel is stained - and there’s a very visible ring.The glass is clean, this staining is on the liquid that is frozen to keep the beverage cold.Addendum (12/2024):Did a return/replace - have used these since then, and today, when adding a cold beverage into the glass - CRACK!! Uh oh - in the garbage it goes. The interior cracked and this product is no longer usable.

These are the greatest freezer beer mugs. They are 16 oz so you can pour a 12 oz. bottle in without worrying about the foam overflowing. They are nice to hold. The only problem is that one of them had a crack in the bottom and the liquid ran out the bottom the second time I used it. I am sending it back but also ordering two more pairs.
