Perfect replacement, works great! As another reviewer has mentioned, the cable length to the board PCB plug is a little long for low profile cards, but no modification is necessary. There was lots of room at the end of the plastic shroud above the plug to fold and tuck in the extra length.

The fan size and the placement of the screw holes were spot on. The cable to the second fan was long for the small form factor card. So some modifications to shorten the cable might be necessary to make it fit cleanly. For the normal sized GPU it is perfect.
