Only wearing the balls since the bars were either to long or to short for my cheek and it's not titanium. But the balls come off nice and easy and looks cute even with out wearing the bars it came with. If you buy these for cheeks I would just use the jewelry you are pierced with for the inside but use the balls if you want a different color since stainless steel isn't the best meal to use.

The size I need won't unscrew ive tried pliers and everything they won't unscrew at all it feels likes it's been glued on or something the bigger sizes will unscrew but the smallest size won't

It wasn't anything crazy but the balls can come unscrewed if you swap the balls and bars with each other so that was really sad and annoying.

These are so tiny! I'm wearing the biggest one and it is tight. I wouldn't recommend for dimple piercings. My other cheek is a tiny bit thicker so it won't fit.

I absolutely love these, I have a thick lower lip so finding bars that fit right isn't easy and I always find the 3mm balls look too small so the fact this set has 3mm, 4mm and 5mm is great, I have the 4mm balls on and feel like the are just perfect. Enough to were they stand out but don't look huge. Plus some of the posts are long enough to were if you have dimple piercings they should fit fine. The quality feels good too with nice threads.
