How Does A Pressure Regulator For Fuel Injection Work?
The Electronic Fuel Injection System's fuel pressure is maintained in part by the fuel pressure regulator.
The fuel pressure regulator permits more fuel to reach the engine when the fuel system requires higher fuel pressure. Since that is how fuel gets to the injectors, this is significant.
