The fuel injector Fits for Hisun UTV ATV 450 500 550cc engine

Step 1. Disconnect the battery and make sure that you can access the fuel rail (including fuel delivery lines, fuel injectors and components of each wiring harness).
Step 2. Unplug the plug of each injector and remove the guide rail.
Step 3. Remove the injector from the rear and remove the old injector seal from the cylinder head.
Step 4. Install a new fuel injector seal and lubricate it with a very small amount of engine oil.
Step 5. Remove the cap on the new fuel injector and put it in, and reconnect the fuel line and the harness connector.

Had a 2019 Hisun 550 Sector and was having trouble starting and idling. Watched a Youtube video and decided that this was my problem. It was no problem to change out. Be sure to turn the key on and off real quickly before installing the new injector. This will flush out any debris that may be in the fuel line.

Will not work on coleman 550. Or was sent a faulty injector! It fits, but will not idle or keep running.

Bought it to replace a malfunctioning original equipment injector. It actually increased the power range on my Bennche 400 cowboy. Quick and easy installation. Original had partially stopped up due to rust from uncoated fuel tank. Replaced tank and injector. Performance is better than when it was new.
