works fine, but left hand threads for the petcock side were off ,could not screw it on all the way but tank threads were ok. still used it

This petcock is a piece of garbage. As soon as I installed it on my gas tank it leaked right away. Tightened it as hard as I could and no luck.

Replaced my very leaky vacuum fuel valve with this much simpler on/off valve. Works great and installed in a couple minutes....... not to mention much less expensive than the vacuum valve.
