We received the scanner but was not compatible with our technology. Our company was told that there would not be a restocking fee if the scanner did not work but we got charged $56 for a restocking fee. We would not have ordered this if we would have known this. Please be advised of this.

I Like that I can go to Amazon and find a $500 dollar multipurpose scanner at a much more cost effective rate, opposed to the asinine overhead costs other stores, franchises, sellers are offering. If you work in the film industry, this is what you want and you won't regret it. Also the resale value is Prime (Pun intended) !
