This is so basic and rigid that it's only good if you have nothing to will to anyone. I emailed the company to see if I was missing something because I couldn't believe it was this bad. You cannot leave a certain dollar amount to anyone, only percentages. You cannot provide info for inheritance with details to care for your pets. I did not see anywhere to provide a dollar amount for an executor. I asked for a refund. No reply. The review doesn't allow me to use zero stars.

So we're all at home nad I NEEDED to get something in writing. Good to have a plan in place, even if it's kinda morbid to think about. Makes your wishes known in writing. Even if I'm not rich and don't have too much to pass down-- there are entire families that are gone (because of COVID) that have no one to deal with thier assets. This helped me make sure that didn't happen to me. this helped me simplifiy everything by allowing me to do a will online at home through an online portal, print it off and have it witnessed. Have recommended it to friends as well.

I was looking for a kit to do both my husbands and my will but this kit is only good for a single use. Pros : easy to use as you fill in the what you need / want in each section.Cons: the box you type you answers in is singular so you do not get to see the full sentence unless you keep tabbing over as you read what your wrote. A nice 'big box' to type in would be much better so you can see the full sentence all at once.Cons: only 1 use. If you want to correct a spelling error or amend your will, you have to pay up to $29.99 extra to amend in the next 4 years. Would be nice to have a 24 hour feature to amend any spelling corrections but that is not an option. If you do not pay extra at checkout time......you have to pay full price and make a whole new will and start over.I will be looking for a kit with a CD available and one that will allow husband and wife to use and allow you to amend or make changes without extra costs.

I found this from Google and tried it out. I created an account and went from there and made my will. If your finances and estate aren't too complex, you can do it the same way I did and just create and account and make your will through a few keystrokes and answering questions. This saved me hundreds in attorney fees and I printed it out with a signing instruction letter that very same day!

I always feel guilty that I didn't get it done but I always never make it priority, only because it's time and effort to make a spot through a lawyer and the cost associated with it. This is a great way to create wills without a lawyer and it let me have everything written down without paying a lot. I liked how it wasn't hard to use and I did everything about my car, house, things, and charities in less than an hour for my will. I was albe to print it of w the signing instruction letter right away. Great substitute for using a laywer.

Bought this for a family member. The code they send you was invalid, so not only did I pay for the kit, I had to pay an additional 49.99 to print this out once completed. They should have specified this in the ad so a customer would not be misleaded. They also want you to pay additional costs to make changes to the will each varying from another $10-50.

I liked how easy it was to use. Wasn't sure at first how to get started. I made my account and entered information - just a few questions, like which family members are getting my items, how much money I'm leaving behind, charitable donations, and stuff like that. They gave me a code to enter at the end, and I almost ended up entering another payment, but customer service helped me and I realized all I had to do was enter the code I got from the package into the site to print off my Will -- my fault for not following the instructions -- was done in a day. Recommended to all family members looking to do their own Wills.
