I upgraded from Mach3 to Mach4 but had some issues with my PC not being up to the task. Their website shows Mach4 running in a virtual machine on a Mac laptop so, as a stopgap I tried that to get my system running. It didn't install so I reached out to the support email. The people who "helped" me were rude, condescending, and their customer support was very lacking. Now I am regretting having upgraded and will be looking for alternatives for the rest of my shop.

Bit or a change from Mach 3, but a solid control package nonetheless
