1. Press and hold the power button of the remote control and turn on the power switch of the treadmill at the same time
2. "0000" appears, pairing successful, press the pause button of the remote control and turn off the power switch of the treadmill
3. Turn on the power switch of the treadmill again, and when "0:00" appears, press the pause button of the remote control. The screen will show "3333", "2222", "1111", and the speed will become 0.6
4. At this time, the treadmill can operate normally

10 stars if I could. I didn’t want a big treadmill that would be stored in my basement. I researched walking pads for 2 weeks. Researched all. ..From price, belt sizes, weights, dimensions, transportable, price, handlebars, reviews, warranties. I chose this one and very pleased with it. It was delivered in 3 days, several days earlier than said it would arrive! We have three users…one a runner, one a slow walker, and me, a fast walker. I get a sweat and great workout walking at 3.4! You don’t need to invest in handlebars, as you will have something in your home you can use for support, if needed. My husband uses a stool or kitchen chair (he had double knee replacement) and still wobbly if he walks fast. So glad I have him walking again! We like it that we can move it anywhere we want, as it has wheels. I can put it away if we have company, but right now I keep it out, as I’m proud of it. I chose the beautiful blue one. We invested in the cheap 2 year warranty for $7. Hope this help when choosing a walking pads.

Had back surgery. Doctor told me I need to move more. I’m not walking so great so I don’t like walking outside this walking treadmill is a perfect thing. It’s big enough for me. 6.3 250 pounds I have to put it on the slowest setting and for the price was perfect for me. Shipping was quick enough for me too packed well. Came to the door in perfect condition. Thank you.

I bought this item as an early birthday present for my daughter who lives downstate. She put the treadmill together under her standing desk. Turned it on. Used it the first time used it the second time. The next day it began to smoke. She unplugged it. Looked it over to see if it was something. She did plugged it up again. It smoked again. Contacted the seller. They said to return it but we had to pay for shipping. The item was less than $100. Shipping was a little over $100. The company stated that they are a small company Aunt. The shipping would be on our part. Not theirs. But your product is defected why is it my fault that I have to return? It would not recommend this company. Noor the treadmill that I cannot return and cannot use
