Mountain biking in AZ you sweat a lot and for years I have tried everything to keep the sweat off of my sunglasses, though these hats are goofy and not great sweatbands (not the intention I assume) they don't stop the sweating, they direct it out past my glasses therefore my glasses stay dry.This is by far NOT the perfect solution but the best I have found to date

It's been a few decades since I had a cycling cap, so I decided to get one - wow, have they changed! The caps of old were not stretchy and always felt like they were about to come off. Not this one - fits great and snug without being tight due to how stretch it is, and the material is so thin and cool. Great cap at a remarkable price!

Does the job as intended and doesn't break the bank. I felt that the sides were a tad on the deep side, but could just be the shape of my head. I would say I sweat a fair amount and this held it back well enough.

This is my first cycling hat as I didn't know there was such an item. Now that I look at some pro bikers on YouTube videos I see some are wearing a cycling hat under their helmet.My reason for buying this item came about when I bought a new helmet, the Lumos Ultra MIPS. Not much for sun protection, oh wait. They do offer a sun visor for $14.95, great until I read in a review it's made of fabric and cardboard. That would not last very long in Florida.I was looking for a cheaper way to have a visor with my helmet. I stumbled on cycling hats and being Cyber Monday many were much less than the Lumos visor and not made with cardboard.I haven't ridden with the cap and helmet on yet, but I did try them both on and I like the fit. The real test will come next year when the weather heats up again. Will I still be comfortable or overheat with the cap on too?
