Replaced used steel rollers with the plastic ones. They do roll a little easier but I did not notice any noise reduction after installation. They seem acceptable so far.

I had a garage door spring break. Called the local company who upsold everything but a kitchen sink for this garage door. One of the items was replacing garage door rollers at $455 parts and labor. I have two garage doors. Not wanting to spend $1000, I took the spec from the proposal, these rollers matching the bearing spec and looked very very similar.I ordered a set of 24 (12 per 8 foot door) and installed in an hour. Super easy to do. Look up the trick for the bottom roller that has cable tension. There is a cool video that shows how to bend the track 8-10 inches below the curved track. You can change the bottom one without messing with cable tension settings.Much cheaper than $1000. Some companies should be ashamed of themselves!!!Now my garage doors are whisper quiet. I don’t think the old rollers would have “needed”’to be done as the tech indicated to save load on my door springs, but I did not graduate from Garage Door University, so take my advice for whatnot is worth.

At this time I was only able in replace the top 4 roller on each side. the difference was remarkable. As soon as I replace the bottom rollers ( due to tension on the spring) I'm sure it will be great.

This product has initially performed well. This product was installed on an RV garage door that had steel rollers installed originally. There is a noticeable reduction in the noise level and an overall smoother operation.

I ordered this a replacement for my two garage doors. The fit was perfect and the wheels appear to be of good quality. This said garage doors are not high tech and have a lot of moving parts which make noise. I had some other problems and thought it was time to replace the old steel rollers. The noise reduction of the new ones was as expected very limited. I did not replace the lowest rollers as on my garage door this would have included to take out the floor seal and I also did not want to mess with the steel wire again which took me a long time to adjust. So all in all a good product and like an oil change in your car you will not notice the difference but did the right thing for the long run
