Redecorating my living room involved a lot of heavy lifting, and this furniture mover set has been a lifesaver. I used it to move my couch around the room multiple times until I found the perfect spot. Even on carpet, it worked surprisingly well—though it seems to glide even better on hard flooring. I’ve also used it to move my 200-pound portable fireplace and plan to tackle the bar next.The rollers are sturdy and make moving heavy furniture so much easier, saving me from backbreaking work. The only drawback is that the wheels only move back and forth, not in a full 360°, so maneuvering into tight corners can be tricky. Still, for the price and ease of use, it’s been a great help!

I have several sets of the pad-type moving aids. They don't slide that smoothly, especially over rough surfaces or carpet, and the DO scratch or rub on some surfaces. These 8-wheel rollers move very smoothly over multiple surfaces. The lever type lifting tool is great - especially useful for heavy stuff (refrigerator, dining room table) and the fact that the rollers a quite a bit taller than the pads so you'll appreciate the lift. Only drawback is that the wheels only go in one direction forward and back. Turns can be a bit of a challenge - but manageable.

False advertising I say. No way in heck can one person lift a refrigerator and put wheels down. Then I get these black pads. Doesn’t tell you if they go in the wheels or if they go u see fridge on its feet. Disappointed but I kind of need them. If the casters from the store didn’t screw into my appliances and possibly damage the warranty I’d buy them.
