I ordered this furniture pad kit for my cats, and I’m really impressed with it. The adhesive nature of the pads made it incredibly easy to apply, and it feels very durable once on. My cats took to it right away, and it’s been a great solution for our couch and ottoman, which were both badly worn out from their constant scratching.Now, after applying the pads, the furniture looks as good as new—actually, even better! The pads have done a fantastic job of keeping the furniture intact and looking fresh, all while allowing my cats to scratch without doing any damage. We’re even planning to order more to use on a worn-out sisal scratching post to replace the torn-up material. This kit has been a game-changer for us, and I highly recommend it!The added bonus is that the material is sleek and barely noticeable once it's on, so it doesn’t interfere with the look of our furniture. It blends in so well that you can barely tell it's there, but the protection it provides is invaluable. It’s really helped us preserve our furniture while also allowing our cats to enjoy their natural scratching behavior. I’m very pleased with how it’s worked out and feel confident it will continue to protect our pieces for a long time.

For some reasons the cats get really excited when we go into the office and they love to scratch at our small couch. We put this on and now our couch is protected. It looks ok, but we don't use that room very often with guests so that's not important. It was easy to install and is protecting the couch well.

I used this on a cat tower that we made. I also used a staple gun to be sure it stayed in place. It does stick to itself very well but it did need the staples to keep it attached to the frame. I don’t know how well it would stick to the side of a couch or chair. It does look very nice on my cat tower.

I get this protector to use it for my 2 cats and I put at the end of my bed and it works well so far. I recommended.

This really looks like a doormat stuck to your furniture. If it was highly functional, I would get past the ugly aesthetic. However, this was popping off of my couch the first day I applied it. It is not a very sticky adhesive. The good side to that is it doesn't leave any sticky residue on your fabric when you remove it. My cats did use this but they still preferred scratching up my couch fabric. I also don't really understand the functionality of this. Isn't this essentially encouraging pets to scratch furniture? It is protective. My cats cannot scratch through it to the sofa fabric behind it. That is a definite plus. It is rather thick. It looks and feels like a rug. Overall, I would not purchase this again. It was worth a shot though.

I have 6 cats and recently moved and got a new couch. In my previous home, they had the entire couch as a canvas to display their beautiful nail art but I wanted to keep the new one semi decent. I have plastic protectors in a few high scratch areas of the couch but they are still drawn to the couch and try to get the sides since they can't get the arms. I put this up on one side and they seem to like it. It sticks ok if they don't scratch at it too much but some of the little spiral screws that come with the clear plastic protectors would hold it in place much better.

This Goosheep Anti Cat Scratcher mat with adhesive can be used on furniture or carpet as an alternative scratching surface. I used it on my cat tree scratching post after seeing the size and determining it was too small for my original plan of putting it on a long shelf that my cats love to hang out on. It has worked well on the scratching post and was quicker than replacing the rope that it had.
