For a CNC machine I am building, I had to choose between belt driven and screw driven linear rails. With this product, the speed is about six times faster than screw driven positioning systems, but the accuracy is still quite good at 0.05mm. I don't know how this is achieved, presumably the belt is a very specific material for damping and lack of stretch.The build quality appears to be good. If I run into any problems, of course I don't expect them, but I will update the review.

Very well built. Solid and works flawlessly. Sturdy, sold material. Drive is powerful but quiet. Good value.

This is an excellent linear slider! It is very precise and well made. It even comes with mounting brackets made out of aluminum that are very sturdy. I plan to use it in combination with a robotic arm. Unfortunately it does not come with an encoder, however it would be relatively easy to add an encoder because the bearings attached to the belt have their centers exposed. A limit switch would work as well. Overall a great product!
