No surface mount components right next to the standoff holes to break off when mounting. Paying attention to stuff like that matters and it seems even the sub $50 stuff is getting better.

Has been a solid vtx so far mostly run on 600mw but sometimes I use full 1w for long distance. The unit get vary hot so be carful where you put it

its great if you have a spare uart for smart audio if not to set up the modes can be hard since its a mini its great to save some grams on 5inch builds and fits on the smaller ones but would recommed something with a led screen so you know what channel and mw power your flying on

Smartaudio worked first try. It got a bit hot on the bench at 800mw. Time will tell but seems like a nice tx.

i have bought a couple of AKK vtx and all have burned out for no reason, in the air or on a light crash where nothing else broke.. this one is my last shot at an AKK vtx. i prefer the RDQ mach 2 but decided to try this on my friends recommendation. so far its working fine. If its still running 3 months from now ill be happy.
