The "T" end is not wide enough. I can wiggle the helmet buckle out of that end.

Terrific solution to use with push-pin lock system if your d-rings are too big to fit. Saves you from replacing the whole locking device.

I have a modular helmet and this gets around the fact it doesn't have a D ring for locking to the frame. My bike is a honda with a lock and this solves that issue.

As the title says these are just OK. The paint on them is not perfect and they are definitely NOT stainless steel (hard to pull them off a magnet). But they do fit my Shoei Neotec II helmets, so good enough for $10.
